  • 70% balance to be covered by bank guarantee for CLI to proceed with transfer of title

  • 35% additional payment - after 50% completion of house construction

  • 20% down payment plus other charges less reservation fee (or amount in excess of 2 million maximum Pag-ibig loan) payable in full or in 3 months installments with zero interest to commence within 30 days from reservation. House construction starts only after full payment of down payment.
  • Upon full payment of the above, documents will be forwarded to Pag-ibig for immediate processing.

3. Thru Bank Financing:

  • Reservation Fee of P15,000 (non-refundable and non-transferrable)
  • 30% down payment plus other charges less reservation fee - within 30 days after receipit of reservation fee

3. J. Soberano Builders - a manpower contractor company that offer services in fabrication and civil works to K & A Metal Industries Inc., a major contractor of Tsuneishi Heavy Industries, a shipbuilding conglomerate operating in Balamban, Cebu.
