1. Terms:

Deferred Cash Sale: 20% Down Payment, 80% balance payable within 2 years in 24 equal monthly installments at zero interest covered by post dated checks.

Installment Sale: 20% Down Payment payable within 6 months (6 monthly installment covered by post dated checks) 80% balance payable within 5 years (Factor: 0.02224) or a maximum of 10 years at 12% interest per annum (Factor: 0.01435) diminishing balance.

2. Discounts:

Cash Sale:

• 12% Discount on the Total Contract Price if paid within 7 days
• 10% Discount on the Total Contract Price if paid within 30 days
• 8% Discount on the Total Contract Price if paid within 60 days

Deffered Cash & Installment Sale:

• 10% Discount on the down payment if paid within 7 days
• 7% Discount on the down payment if paid within 30 days
• 5% Discount on the down payment if paid within 60 days
