    Homeowners are charged per cubic meter of water consumed on the following rates:
    • 1st 10 cu.m. – P10.00 per cu.m.
    • excess- P25.00 per cu.m
  1. Utilities & Facilities
    • Electricity is provided by the Visayan Electric Company (VECO) – Cebu. Telephone connections are provided for by PLDT & Globelines Innove. Skycable and Dream TV/Cable provide cable connections.
    • Required minimum value of houses to be constructed?
      One (1) residential house or duplex/townhouse of strong materials costing at least P1,000,000.00
    • Maximum building height allowed and the easement requirements?
      Houses can be built up to Two (2) Storey high. Setbacks are 3 meters at the front and 2 meters at the side and rear.
  2. Other restrictions?
    • Lot shall be used for residential purposes only.
    • Only one (1) single house and/or duplex house maybe constructed on a single lot.

DOCUMENTATION

  1. Do all lots have clean Titles?
    Yes. Agro-Macro does not sell lots that are untitled. Agro-macro guarantees that all titles are free from all liens and encumbrances.
  2. How long will the processing of individual titles and tax declarations take?
    Upon full payment and complete documentation, it will take approximately 4-5 months to transfer the titles and tax declarations to Buyer’s name.
  3. When can I build my house in Maryville Subdivision?
    Full payment of account is required before you can start building your house. Construction of residential houses may commence upon full payment of the lot and all expenses required for the transfer of documents to Buyer’s name.
  4. How much is the Homeowner’s dues?
    MAINTENANCE FEE:
    • For Lot owners – P100.00 more or less
    • For Home owners- P360.00, more or less

PLUS: Membership Fee – P3,000.00

FINANCING

  1. Reservation Fee?
    An amount equivalent to P15,000.00 is required as Reservation Fee. Said amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation but will form part of the Contract Price.
  2. Discount for Cash Payment?
    Five (5%) Percent Discount is granted if account is fully paid within Sixty (60) days from date of Reservation Fee.
  3. Other Financing Schemes?

    - Price of lots are from P12,000 per sqm
    - Only Cash Payment and Bank Financing Schemes are available.

  4. Can I choose any bank to serve my financing?
    Agro-Macro Devt. Corp. has accreditation arrangements with BPI, Metrobank, PS Bank and City Savings Bank. However, the Buyer has the option to transact with any Bank of his choice. A Letter of Undertaking/Guarantee from the bank of your choice is required prior to the document transfer.
